Olomon, Inc. (“Olomon”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information collected through websites and mobile applications owned and operated by us, such as the Olomon web app (olomon.com), and any other interactions (e.g., customer service and other communications) that you may have with Olomon (collectively, our “Services”).

By accessing our Services, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to this Privacy Policy.

Information we collect from you directly

When you create an account to use the Services, we collect information about you that you provide to us such as your name, email address, and phone number, and any other data that you provide. We may also collect your payment information.

When you interact with our Services, we automatically collect information about how you access and use our Services such as device, device network, IP address, browser type, and other usage information.

We may collect or infer information about your location.

Information you provide via an integration with third-parties

When you connect your registered account with us to third-party financial institutions via Plaid, we collect your financial information such as your financial institution name, account balance and transaction history.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that your information will be processed in accordance with the Plaid Privacy Policy.

When you access the Services through a third-party connection or log-in (such as Google), you may allow us to have access to and store information such as your email address.

Aggregate Information

We may anonymize your personal information and combine it with other anonymous data in order to create anonymized statistics for purposes such as research, marketing, and developing our services. This data would no longer be linked to you.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your password. Please note that, if you choose to opt out of marketing communications, we may still use and share certain information as permitted by this Privacy Policy or as required by applicable law. For example, you may not opt out of certain operational emails, such as those reflecting our relationship or transactions with you.

Children’s privacy

The Services are intended for a general audience and not for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information (as defined by the United States Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) from children under 13 years of age.
