Olomon, Inc. (“Olomon”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information collected through websites and mobile applications owned and operated by us, such as the Olomon web app (olomon.com), and any other interactions (e.g., customer service and other communications) that you may have with Olomon (collectively, our “Services”).

By accessing our Services, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to this Privacy Policy. 

Information we collect

Information we collect from you directly

When you create an account to use the Services, we collect information about you that you provide to us such as your name, email address, and phone number, and any other data that you provide. We may also collect your payment information.

Information we automatically collect

When you interact with our Services, we automatically collect information about how you access and use our Services such as device, device network, IP address, browser type, and other usage information.

We may collect or infer information about your location.

Information you provide via an integration with third-parties

When you connect your registered account with us to third-party financial institutions via Plaid, we collect your financial information such as your financial institution name, account balance and transaction history.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that your information will be processed in accordance with the Plaid Privacy Policy.

When you access the Services through a third-party connection or log-in (such as Google), you may allow us to have access to and store information such as your email address.

How we use your information

We may use your information in a variety of ways for purposes such as to:

• provide you with support and access to the Services
• create and manage our relationships with you, understand your needs to personalize your experience and to communicate with you about your account with us
• advertise to you according to your marketing preferences
• run and manage our business to include billing

Aggregate Information

We may anonymize your personal information and combine it with other anonymous data in order to create anonymized statistics for purposes such as research, marketing, and developing our services. This data would no longer be linked to you.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising their products without your separate consent.

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for any activity that occurs under your account. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your password. We urge you to change your passwords often, use a combination of letters and numbers, and make sure you are using a secure browser.

Data retention practices

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active and/or as needed to comply with applicable legal obligations. We will also retain and use your information as necessary to resolve disputes, protect our users, enforce our agreements, and other necessary business practices.

Your rights and choices

Marketing communications

You may notify us to not contact you about products, services, or promotions by using the unsubscribe feature in promotional emails, or by emailing us at support@olomon.com. Please allow for a reasonable amount of time to process your request. Please note that, if you choose to opt out of marketing communications, we may still use and share certain information as permitted by this Privacy Policy or as required by applicable law. For example, you may not opt out of certain operational emails, such as those reflecting our relationship or transactions with you.

Cookies, tracking, advertising and analytics

If you do not want the Service to collect information through the use of cookies, your browser may allow you to be notified when you receive certain types of cookies and restrict or disable certain cookies. Check your browser’s “Help” menu to learn how to change your cookie preferences. Please note that if you disable or reject cookies, some features may not work properly.

Children’s privacy

The Services are intended for a general audience and not for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information (as defined by the United States Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) from children under 13 years of age. If you believe that we might have any such information from a child, please contact us at support@olomon.com. If we learn that we have collected any personal information from children under 13, we will promptly take steps to delete such information and terminate the child’s account.

Jurisdiction-specific provisions

California residents

If you are a California resident, you have the following choices available to you under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

• Up to two times in a 12-month period, you may request the following information about your personal information that we have collected, used, shared, or sold about you during the past 12 months:

• The categories of and specific pieces of personal information that we have collected about you
• The categories of sources from which we collected the personal information
• The business or commercial purpose for which we collected the personal information
• The categories of third parties with whom we shared the personal information
• The categories of your personal information that we disclosed for a business purpose and sold to third parties, and the categories of third parties to whom the information was disclosed or sold.

• You may request that we delete the personal information that we have collected from you, subject to certain limitations under the CCPA.
• You have the right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information; although we do not sell your personal information as a matter of policy.
• The CCPA provides that you may not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Policy changes

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect our changing business practices. When we make changes, we’ll notify you by revising the date at the top of this policy. We may also provide you with additional notice, such as by adding a statement to our website, or by sending you a notification. If you object to any changes, you may close your account with us. Continuing to use our Services after Privacy Policy changes means that you consent to the changes.
